If Javi had stuck around to see Briana reveal her post-surgery body , maybe things would have ended differently for the short-lived King and Queen of Teen Mom 2. But the surgery was evidently a strain on their relationship well before Briana hit the operating table. Javi was allegedly concerned about the impact of Briana’s plastic surgery on his career. Briana revealed to Blasting News , “He doesn’t want me to get surgery for a breast lift, lipo, and tummy tuck…because it’ll look bad on his name at work.”
