Asthmabat argues, “I mean at that point people can just photoshop a child’s head onto a nude body and there’s really nothing you can do about it…If you’re sharing your children’s images on social media at all, in any way, shape or fashion, someone might be getting off on it. They might not even have to photoshop at all. Plenty of creep sites collect fully clothed images of children doing completely normal things and get off that way. All of this is true of your images as well, by the way. So now what?…You can limit the potential by locking down your your social media (or by not having social media, which is what I personally do for other reasons).”
Though Ashthmabat concedes, “That’s not really an option for people on reality TV because their contracts probably demand they post to SM [social media].”
