“I definitely do not have an eating disorder and the left is how I eat. I avoid simple carbs 90% of the time, it’s not keto or any of that bullsh*t, it’s health choices. Like carrots and ranch instead of chips or Italian ice instead of ice cream. I’ll have a splurge day once a month or so but I feel better and my clothes fit better when I cut the carbs,” DilaudaNSammies wrote on reddit, adding, “I’m not a huge Chelsea fan but I think she just discovered healthy eating.”
