Others were not so alarmed by the picture. “While it’s in poor taste perhaps considering all their recent controversy, little kids have played with toy guns for decades,” wrote user stubsforscience. User emdee39 agreed, “They make the parenting decisions and you honor them. One will be perfectly fine with a realistic toy gun and the next will cringe at the thought of their little one pretending his pointer finger is a gun. It’s not up to me or anyone but the person raising the kid.”
