The Teen Mom OG cast has undergone a number of shifts and changes in the past few weeks alone. MTV has added two controversial cast members to the crew, but now it looks like there could be another Teen Mom OG cast member coming soon! Has Maci Bookout just revealed that she’s having a fourth child?

Whether fans like it or not, there are two new girls on the block when it comes to Teen Mom OG. After deliberating between adding Mackenzie Standifer and Mackenzie Mckee to the cast, MTV opted instead for two wild cards: Are You The One and The Challenge stars Cory Wharton and Cheyenne Floyd despite Cheyenne’s being accused of racism, and Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol Palin will be another unexpected addition to the cast!
Now it seems that there could be yet another person joining the cast… although they’ll be much, much younger.
