And even this incident is far from the only shot that has fans thinking Maci is already pregnant. In a recent selfie of her with Jayde and Maverick, fans zeroed in on the shape of Maci’s face!

In fact, Maci’s skin is looking so smooth and full that fans have wondered if she’s gotten botox!

“Idk about Botox, but I’ve seen some speculation on Twitter that she’s pregnant bc her face does look fuller,” wrote user spookyookydoo.
