Meanwhile, Maci Bookout might have quite a bit to distract herself from what’s going on with Ryan. Fans are convinced that Maci is pregnant with her fourth child!
The McKinney family took some time to celebrate Maci for Mother’s Day — and it seems she might soon have four children celebrating her! Maci captioned the video, “When Taylor asked me what I wanted to do for Mother’s Day, I told him I wanted to be wild and free! Took the top off the jeep, strapped the babies in and went to the mountains 💜 Hoping that one day my children will appreciate being healthy, wild and free!”
In the video, Maci and her entire family jam out to a country song called “Wild As You.” But it’s not until the very end of the clip that fans noticed something different. In the final shot of Maci and her family standing on top of the Jeep, fans thought they saw a baby bump!
“Did I see a bump in the picture?” wrote Instagram user @esmi_bbys. User @stacie_culotta agreed, “I see a bump!!!!!”
This is far from the only shot that has fans thinking Maci is already pregnant. In a recent selfie of her with Jayde and Maverick, fans zeroed in on the shape of Maci’s face!
“She’s pregnant again!! Those cheeks tell all!” wrote Instagram user @minot.noir on this picture of Maci. User mysticalostrich agreed, “She looks pregnant! HER CHEEKS! 😊😏” User @mariagro79 wrote, “Yes shes looks pregnant… Besides the round face she totally has a bump.”
In fact, many believe that the proof of Maci’s pregnancy lies in how smooth her skin is!

Reddit user VickiVyvanse wrote, “Does Maci use Botox? Watching the reunion and her forehead was so smooth,” adding this image of Maci at the reunion.
“Idk about Botox, but I’ve seen some speculation on Twitter that she’s pregnant bc her face does look fuller,” wrote user spookyookydoo. They added, “While I do not think she’s pregnant, I do think her face looks different. Can’t quite put my finger on what though.” User Pinkiexoxoxo wrote, “I definitely don’t think she’s pregnant either but I do think she looks great with a little extra weight on her and it very well could be here that she has that extra weight on….”
But Maci has also been considering having more children in other ways. She and Taylor have discussed adopting a child during the last Teen Mom OG season!
“What kind of timeline were you thinking about for adoption?” Taylor asked his wife in an episode of Teen Mom OG.
Maci revealed, “A year, two years… But we both agreed that when we adopt, we do not want to adopt a baby. We want to adopt a child.” They went on to agree that they would want a child between four and six years old.
“If you still want another baby, then I’ll do it — but I still want to adopt, too. And if that’s really what you want naturally, I want to do it now,” Maci revealed. Well, now it looks like they went through with their plans!
