Surprisingly, none of the users on this thread brought up Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra. These two might take the cake for the longest-running couple in Teen Mom history, since they started dating in seventh grade!

Although some of the girls have potentially found their matches, it’s always fun to look back at the guys who didn’t make the cut. For example: Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley. Gary was Amber’s baby daddy when she first came on the show, and even though they had Leah together, they soon split up when substance abuse and mental illness came between them.
Then Amber dated Mike, who she was sure was her fairytale ending, but it wasn’t long before they split up, too.
Of course, she finished it off with Matt Baier, whose shocking age diference and history of numerous baby mamas will have him go down in Teen Mom history. Now, she’s cozying up with a new man, Andrew Glennon.
